Outstanding collections of art and archaeology, geology and natural history housed in a magnificent early 20thC building. The collections range widely to cover Chinese ceramics and paintings by the Bristol School; artefacts from ancient Egypt and the wildlife of south west England. Changing exhibitions add another dimension and a shop and cafe complete the visit.
